Steel structure factory
Our steel structure factory was established in 1995 and is one of the most important parts of our organization. It consists of production halls located in Ruda Śląska and Zabrze. In the course of many years of operation, our plant has gained experience and reputation both in Silesia and throughout the country. The production plant, using technologically advanced equipment, delivers 850 tons of steel structures per month – both for the construction and industrial sectors. As an experienced manufacturer of steel structures, we have a modern machinery park and all prefabricated products assembled at our steel structure factory undergo a strict quality control process. Our clients can be certain that all elements are fully compliant with the project and made with the utmost care. Quality is guaranteed by recognized certification – EN ISO 3834-2:2005, welding certificate and the one that confirms the conformity with the factory production control requirements.

Protection of steel structures at the production stage
We carry out orders both on the basis of the provided workshop documentation and an individual project prepared by our studio. Depending on the requirements for corrosion protection, the manufactured structures are cleaned in a tunnel shot blasting machine, then painted or subjected to hot-dip galvanizing. This method of protecting steel, compared to the use of anti-corrosive paints, extends the material’s resistance to corrosion by up to a dozen years. All the elements produced in the steel construction factory are delivered by our own means of transport to the place indicated by the client.
